These starters are in stock and ship out the same business day if ordered before 3PM Eastern - after 3PM they will ship out next business day. Our flat rate shipping is USPS Priority which is 2-3 business days to most of the U.S. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air is available during checkout if you need it quicker.

We stock all of our products here in Massachusetts and ship orders out the same business day if ordered before 3PM Eastern - after 3PM they will ship out next business day. Standard shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air are available during checkout if you need it quicker. UPS Ground is also available.

Warranty/Return and Other Info

Warranty

All of our items come with an industry leading 8 month warranty! This warranty covers any unit defects that are causing the item not to work properly. It does not cover any damage that occurred to the item while in the customers possession.

Extended Warranties

Any extended warranty purchase is added on to our 8 month warranty. So, if you purchase a 2 Year Extended Warranty, you are covered for 2 years and 8 months!

Returns

All of our items come with a 30 day return period. If the item received damage during shipping please note with the shipping company and contact us to resolve the problem. If you simply wish to return the item because you don't need it or it was the wrong one - you can ship it back for a full refund of the items cost. Details are located here.
